What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from concept to launch, for mobile and web platforms
• Collaborate closely with users, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions
• Create consistent and adaptable designs for multiple platforms
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Analyze user behavior using quantitative tools like Mixpanel and qualitative methods such as user interviews and surveys
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to test and communicate design concepts
• Present designs and ideas to stakeholders
• Partner with product,data, and engineering teams to design and analyze A/B tests for continuous improvement
• Prototype interactive mobile and/or web experiences

What We're Looking For

• Strong product design skills with a focus on user-centered design methodologies
• Experience working in an agile project environment with distributed teams
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
• Experience designing and solving for mobile application
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, CSS and/or other design tools
• Proficiency in mixpanel, google analytics, looker,and/or other user analytics tools
