UX/UI Designer (Remote, Latam)

We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a UX/UI Designer that is well-versed in web and mobile product design and is located in Latin America, preferably in Argentina. As we are currently working with multiple companies on many different products, we have quite a few projects where someone like you could make a difference.
We are looking for:
- 1+ years of experience as UX Designer or Interaction Designer, preferably with experience in agencies.
- Understanding of responsive design and catering interfaces to their viewport and device.
- Understanding of user experience processes such as research, organization, structure (flowcharts, user journeys, information architecture, sitemaps) and user testing.
- Delivering functional and aesthetically strong products, driven by user requirements that provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Demonstrating empathy for end user experience and delivering UI with that in mind.
- Contributing technical expertise to the design components of the development effort.
- Working knowledge of Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, UXPin, Framer, In Vision, Zeplin or related prototype software.
