Efectuar apertura y cierre de tienda, según horarios y programación entregada por Jefatura directa, para asegurar el cumplimiento otorgado por Gerencia General y/o Shopping Mall.
Responsable de realizar la venta de los productos disponibles en sala, con el objetivo de lograr las metas establecidas.
Realizar recepción de mercadería para asegurar la mantención de stock de productos en tienda.
- Realizar apertura y cierre de tiendas, cumpliendo con los protocolos y horarios estipulados.
- Realizar registros diarios de asistencias, según legislación vigente.
- Efectuar limpieza del local, bodegas y vitrina.
- Realizar reposición de productos faltantes, respetando los procedimientos de exhibición y orden establecidos. Revisar los precios de los productos y POP, según promociones vigentes.
Responsable de realizar la venta de los productos disponibles en sala, con el objetivo de lograr las metas establecidas.
- Realizar asesoría de ventas, aplicando el protocolo de atención Samsonite, motivando a los compradores, a convertirse en clientes con compras que se adapten a sus necesidades.
- Ejecutar cierre de ventas en POS, ingresando los datos de los clientes al programa de beneficios.
- Realizar apertura, cuadraturas y cierre de caja diaria, según procedimientos establecidos por área créditos y cobranzas. Realizar recepción de cambios de artículos para envío a servicio técnico.
Realizar recepción de mercadería para asegurar la mantención de stock de productos en tienda.
- Realizar recepción de mercadería, verificando detalladamente los productos y la correcta codificación, contrastándolo con la guía de despacho.
- Ingresar las guías de despacho al sistema POS, e informar no conformidades en caso de diferencias de mercadería, según procedimientos establecidos.
- Poner sensores y/o piochas con alarma todos los productos recepcionados que pasan al local.
- Revisar que los productos estén con los precios y correcta codificación.
- Ordenar productos en bodega, según lo estipulado por jefatura.
- Realizar inventarios cíclicos y generales según asignación de jefatura.
