About the Role: As a Website Designer & Developer, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life by designing, developing and maintaining stunning, high-performing websites on the Luxury Presence platform. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating their ideas into beautiful and functional online experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, web development best practices, and the Luxury Presence platform.
Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Design and develop responsive websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation. Utilize the Luxury Presence platform and its features to create custom website designs tailored to each client's brand and target audience. Implement website functionality, including IDX integration, property search, contact forms, and other interactive elements. Ensure websites meet Luxury Presence's quality standards and adhere to best practices for design, accessibility, and performance.
Internal Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, present design concepts, and provide updates on project progress.Seamlessly transition between VIP client support and general support requests, depending on business needs, by addressing technical requests, troubleshooting website issues, and updating website design and elements. Balance high-priority VIP tasks with regular support responsibilities, maintaining attention to detail and quality across all projects.
Project Management: Manage multiple website projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in website design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java Script.
Experience with website builders and content management systems (CMS).
Familiarity with design principles, user experience (UX) best practices, and responsive design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with the internal team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Experience with the Luxury Presence platform is a plus.
Advanced level of English
