About the Role.
As our Retail Staff Representative, you will be expected to be competent in all areas of Adult retail, Psychology, Product knowledge and Sales – so as to provide customers with an exceptional level of service with a fun, professional demeanour. You will work autonomously at times as well as within a team during busy shifts, sometimes till 3 or 4am.
This role requires you to:

• Perform daily operations of the store whilst freely expressing your natural, fun (yet professional) charisma and personality.
• Offer every customer an exceptional shopping experience, where they feel every staff member treats them with more personalised attention than a VIP
• Undergo training in Product Knowledge, Sales techniques, Psychology, Social understanding of the Various Adult and Kink communities that encompass the Brisbane Area (just to name a few)
• Our comprehensive training also encompasses modules in retail service, management, sexual health, gender diversity and acceptance - and identifying, addressing and providing solutions that customers may present of their intimate and personal concerns.
• Perform Cleaning and Merchandising duties as required.
• Perform all reasonable tasks requested by the Manager or Area manager
• Perform pickup/delivery and loading/unloading of stock
• Be available to work all retail shifts, (and if rostered) Weekend evenings till 3 -4 am

About you

• The team are looking to welcome an upbeat person who presents extremely well, exudes a professional yet fun vibe, is non-judgemental, open-minded and comfortable working in this sector of retail.
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role or field with a proven track record of strong sales and exceptional customer service personality.
• Your personality will be fun and easy going, your interpersonal skills impeccable and you will have the ability to relate to all spectrums of people.
• You will have the ability to work well within a team, but also be able to work autonomously.
• It is required that you be flexible and available to work nights and weekends rosters when required.

The hours will vary - ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week. Our pay structure is determined as per the Queensland award rates, and all of your comprehensive and structured training is fully paid.
