Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide a defined range of specialised clinical screening assessments for patients with complex needs, as delegated and allowed by testing guidelines and legislation.
• Provide a defined range of treatments for patients with complex conditions, including using decision support tools, clinical pathways, and patient guidelines.
• Identify potential changes needed in treatment programs using results from standardised assessment tools and gain endorsement to make these changes following discussion with the supervising Allied Health Professional
• Provide comprehensive education to patients or groups of patients within defined topic areas.

Remuneration value up to $72,088 p.a., comprising salary rates $37.25 - $39.83 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA4) (part time position, 60.8 hrs p.f.).
