We are looking for an experienced Banker to join our Ballarat team and drive our strategic focus on Agri and Commercial customers sourced through the Broker channel.

Mixed portfolio of Agribusiness and sophisticated Commercial customers introduced by Finance Brokers

As an Agribusiness Manager, you will:

Manage a complex portfolio of key commercial and Agri clients
Implement and monitor strategic business plans
Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses
Utilise your networks within pre-farmgate and post-farmgate local markets
Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high-quality customer service

What you’ll bring:

Significant experience within agribusiness banking industry
Credit writing experience and enjoyment of all aspects for financial analysis
A comprehensive understanding of Agri/farm management practices
Sound experience working with complex structures
Strong influencing skills in highly competitive environments
Superior strategic thinking and business acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
