Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and diagnose issues with refrigeration systems.
• Ensure all installations and repairs meet the highest quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, including problem resolution and system maintenance advice.
• Manage and maintain a fully stocked company vehicle and use provided technology such as i Pads.
• Drive onsite sales and value-adding.
• Participate in team events and value company culture.
• Work efficiently and unsupervised on all aspects of air conditioning systems, including splits, ducted, cassette, package units, VRV, and evaporative units.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic/Air Conditioning Technician.
• Current driver's license (manual) and White Card.
• EWP and Working at Heights certification (advantageous).
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• High levels of self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in customer service is highly regarded.
