Qualifications & experience

• High school certificate
• Experience in customer service
• Proven ability to follow procedures and policies
• High level of written and verbal skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Meet and welcome new and/or existing customers
• Ensure inductions and instructions are carried out in timely and efficient manner
• Reset rooms as per instructions
• Facilitate and monitor participation during sessions
• Build and maintain relationships between customers and the business
• Ensure facility is clean and well maintained
• Perform reception duties when required
• Working Saturdays is a MUST , please don't apply if you can't work on Saturdays.
