About the Role

• This role reports professionally to Director of Nursing Community and Oral Health and operationally to Director Metro South Health @ Home and Residential Aged Care.
• This position has operational and professional or indirect reporting responsibility of approximately 150 FTE and approximately 85 casual nursing staff.
• The role has direct financial and human resource delegations in accordance with MSHHS Financial Sub-Delegations Manual and MSHHS Human Resource Sub-Delegations Manual.
• Responsible and accountable for Redland Residential Care nursing and operational budget ensuring transparency, efficiency and financial integrity. Financial delegation of recurrent and non-recurrent funding.
