ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Zeus Street Greek Assistant Manager, you will contribute to our positive atmosphere and our goal of leading the "Fresh Casual" dining movement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining restaurant presentation and cleanliness
- Ensuring Team Members represent Zeus in a positive manner
- Optimizing guest satisfaction
Training and mentoring Team Members
- Following all operating, opening, and closing procedures
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone passionate, authentic, and dedicated to delivering genuine hospitality. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Skills and attributes required:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high-volume operations
- Experience in leading and motivating a large team is highly desirable
- Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
- Professionalism under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster, including nights/weekends
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
