Our Assistant to the Heads of Senior School at Corio Campus welcomes parents and visitors to Senior School in person, via telephone or email and coordinates the administration of our Senior School office. You will be a trusted point of contact, who also assists with the day-to-day care of our Year 10 to 12 students.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Demonstrated experience in a professional, customer focussed role with the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.
Exceptional customer service and time management skills with the ability to maintain discretion and strict confidentiality.
Diverse administration skills to support our Heads of Senior School including diary management, filing and record keeping.
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (both oral and written), and proven capacity to liaise with people at all levels (both within and outside the organisation).

This position is offered on a full-time, fixed term basis for 6 months (commencing January 2025). Some training may commence in 2024. We offer an attractive remuneration package including complimentary on-site parking, lunch in the School’s Dining Hall during term times and access to the Handbury Centre for Wellbeing.
