In this permanent full time role based in Box Hill, you will provide team leadership, guidance and support to ensure effective management and the ongoing development of our team working in Anaesthetics/PACU. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager you will be part of our theatre leadership team at Epworth Eastern, joining a highly skilled multidisciplinary team who strive to achieve outstanding outcomes every day. Our Perioperative Services Department consist of 19 Theatres and prides itself on providing excellent service and care for our patients and doctors.

• Assist in day to day management of the Anaesthetics/PACU team

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
• Be passionate about leading through, developing and guiding others
• Extensive Anaesthetic/PACU experience
• Flexibility and excellent organisation and communication skills
• Committed to learning and developing current clinical practice
• Well-developed understanding of relevant professional standards
• Post graduate qualifications in Perioperative/ Perianaesthesia nursing or working towards.
• Current nursing registration with AHPRA

The annual salary range for full time ANUM – AUD $107,462 - $110,966 + super + entitlements ,depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).
