Be part of a dynamic & high performing team today!Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practitioner coaching programs
• Prepare training plans for identified areas of improvement
• Train through a variety of methodologies including e-learning, online and face-to-face sessions
• Conduct induction programs for new practitioners
• Administer on-the-job training
• Develop and update training modules
• Support interns and OSTA on internship journey

You will have:

• Have a QP audiologist for a minimum of 1 years
• Have supervised university students and or new graduates
• Have a passion for training and service excellence
• Be confident in public speaking
• Have knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Be willing and available to travel
• Be highly organised and deadline driven
• A proven leader with the ability to deliver results
