Situated in the heart of Leederville, Robert's on Oxford is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, outstanding service, and delightful drinks. Our mission is to ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience, offering live music, a variety of beers and cocktails, delicious pub grub, premium coffee, and a welcoming courtyard with a private bar.
We’re gearing up for the season and need enthusiastic team members to help us deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests, permanent position(s) / sponsorship for the right candidate(s)
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train bar staff, cultivate a positive and efficient work environment.
• Create and update cocktail menus, keeping offerings fresh and exciting.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination for functions and bookings.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Coordinate functions and resolve any issues swiftly to guarantee everything runs like clockwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and public area's.
• Ensure compliance with relevant authorities and health and safety regulations.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with some weeks requiring up to 45 hours.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bar management or supervision is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage service.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent verbal communication to engage with guests and colleagues effectively.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
