About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone seeking a permanent part-time role with 3-4 shifts per week, but we’re open to casual arrangements or even full-time for the right candidate. As a Barista at Cliffy’s, you’ll be at the heart of our bustling café, crafting high-quality coffees and engaging with our wonderful community of locals and visitors alike. You’ll ensure every cup of coffee is brewed to perfection, manage a smooth workflow during busy service times, and help maintain our warm, country-style hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages consistently to Cliffy’s standards.
• Engage with customers, offering a friendly and welcoming experience.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station.
• Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed to support a smooth service.

• Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong knowledge of coffee techniques and equipment.
• A passion for great coffee, people, and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
