The award-winning Little Sparrow is now taking applications for its new establishment Little Sparrow Kitchen Restaurant / Cafe located at Melbourne Emporium opening on September 30, 2024.
We are in search of staff that have the ability to provide high end customer service.
The Role:
As a Restaurant / Cafe - All Rounder, you will be reporting directly to the store Manager, your duties will include

Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
Serving customers and using the POS system
Engaging with your team and customers alike
Waiting on tables
Working behind Bar, toasting food when required
Bar Staff - All the above + Serving various cocktails & Drinks

Skills & Experience:

People's person with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
Latte Art preferred but not essential
Previous experience in café or restaurant (2 Years)

What's on Offer:
We have numerous vacancies ranging from Full Time, Part Time & Casual. We operate between shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which will include weekends.

Pay: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour

Grinder Calibration: 2 years (Required)
Barista: 2 years (Required)
