Common Coffee Surfers Paradise

Barista/All Rounder

CONTRACT

Common Coffee is looking for a new staff member to join our team for the holiday period. Employees will be working between our two locations - one in Pacific Fair and one in Surfers Paradise. Roughly 20-25 hours with the opportunity for more hours in the future for the right candidate. Immediate start date available.
To be considered for the role you must have the following -
  • 2 years barista experience or experience in a similar fast paced hospitality environment
  • Ability to perform latte art under pressure (preferred)
  • Weekend availability is a must
  • A positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and cleanliness
Job Type: Casual
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Schedule:
  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Morning shift
  • Rotating roster
  • Weekend availability
Experience:
  • Barista: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Food handling: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Authorisation:
  • Australia (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
