We are seeking experienced Baristas. Monday to Friday gig with weekends off.
Seeking experienced baristas to join us full time to become the friendly face behind our La Marzocco Machines. We understand that an experienced and confident Barista makes people feel welcome and are essential to consistently delivering a great tasting coffee everyday.
To be successful in this role you must be driven to succeed, be well organised, deal with high volumes of coffee (we are a busy venue) efficient and have strong communication skills.
You will be working with our retail manager, and support if always on offer.
We are a busy venue working with high volumes of coffee, breakfast and brunch. We are a multi site venue, and may also be working with other managers + casual staff. It will be essential to understand the business, operation and philosophy of care we take into our regular customers, everyday customers, product + brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Able to work to work well under pressure- high volumes with consistency
-Excellent customer service standards + skills(customer service is our number one product)
– Responsibility for aspects of coffee production, ordering and quality
- Open and closing
– Cultivate a professional, friendly, efficient, fun work environment
– Ability to keep a calm, mature, and professional during busy periods
– At least 2-3 years of experience in specialty coffee and the coffee industry
– Detail-oriented

Pay: $23.35 – $38.11 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
