Responsibilities:
- Professionally delivering the highest customer service, resolving issues, communicating clearly, and working safely
- Confidently preparing, comprehensively knowing, and responsibly serving beverages to guests in an effective manner
- Properly maintaining the set-up, stock, security, and hygiene of the Restaurant daily, including general service and functions
- Efficiently operating the POS system and coordinating payments
- Have the proof of working rights in Australia (no sponsorship is offered)
- Have previous experience in making cocktails
- Have ample availability (specifically Thu, Fri, and Sat)
- Possess the RSA certificate, plus some hospitality experience/understanding
- Have a strong communication skill and hospitable service
- Motivated, committed, and have an adaptive approach
- Positive team player, open-minded, and outgoing personality
