- Permanent opportunity to be a part of the Leave and Relief Team with opportunity to grow and develop your skills as a Business Banking Manager
- Be responsible for multiple portfolios of clients, covering banker leave and vacancies across NSW and ACT.
- Own the day-to-day customer experience, compliance and transactional requirements.
- Support customers through their banking needs, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
- Work with buddy bankers across the region to identify and refer new opportunities.
- Work collaboratively within your local team and contribute to team culture and initiatives.
- Prepare and submit customer applications and lending proposals.
- A growth mindset, with a desire to progress your career.
- A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours.
- Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
