Job Overview:
The Cabinet Vision Drafter will play a crucial role in our design and production process. Utilising Cabinet Vision software, you will create detailed, accurate, and visually compelling cabinet designs that meet client specifications and production requirements. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure that all projects are executed seamlessly from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create detailed cabinet drawings and plans using Cabinet Vision software. Ensure designs align with client specifications and project requirements.
• Technical Drafting: Produce precise technical drawings for manufacturing and assembly. Provide detailed dimensions, materials, and finishes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with customers, builders, designers and production staff to ensure accurate interpretation of design plans and seamless integration into the production process.
• Revisions and Updates: Modify designs based on client feedback, production limitations, or material availability. Ensure all changes are documented and communicated effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Verify that all designs adhere to industry standards and company quality requirements. Conduct reviews to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and organised records of design revisions, specifications, and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a drafter or designer in the cabinetry industry, with strong proficiency in Cabinet Vision software.
• Skills: Excellent technical drafting skills, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate cabinet designs. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cabinetry design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Cabinet Vision software is required. Familiarity with other CAD software and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
