Montbleu Café is seeking energetic and passionate individuals to join our venue in Illawong Village Shopping Centre.
We are looking for an experienced and friendly breakfast cook/ chef to join our team. You will have a passion for creating fresh, healthy and delicious meals.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience as a breakfast cook/chef in a professional kitchen environment. A strong background in breakfast cuisine is essential.
2. Culinary Skills: Solid understanding of breakfast cooking techniques and the ability to create a variety of breakfast dishes with precision. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.
3. Creativity: Ability to bring creativity and innovation to breakfast menu development and dish presentation.
4. Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The capability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
5. Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
6. Flexibility: Willingness to work early morning shifts and weekends as required.
