Essential Duties
- Create lasting experiences for our customers with the purpose of improving their day with excellent service

- Fast service across barista roles with the ability to have fun while working hard
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and quality at all times
- 1-2 Years experience in Hospitality
- Must live within 10minutes of Bronte or Bondi, as shifts start as early as 5am
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to learn quickly
- Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to provide customers with personable, friendly and knowledgeable service
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and work as team
- Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks
- Experience in health and nutrition is a plus but not essential as you will learn on the job
- Honesty and reliability 100% essential
