Essential Duties
  • Create lasting experiences for our customers with the purpose of improving their day with excellent service
  • Engage with your team and customers alike to become a valued crew member
  • Fast service across barista roles with the ability to have fun while working hard
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and quality at all times
Individual Requirements
  • 1-2 Years experience in Hospitality
  • Must live within 10minutes of Bronte or Bondi, as shifts start as early as 5am
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to provide customers with personable, friendly and knowledgeable service
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and work as team
  • Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks
  • Experience in health and nutrition is a plus but not essential as you will learn on the job
  • Honesty and reliability 100% essential
