This position is for a “couple” (ie. two people) ideally semi-retired, this is a live- in position only, please ensure you meet this requirements.
We are positioned in one of the most sought-after locations in the Gold Coast hinterland, surrounding by picturesque mountain and ocean views, our luxury accommodation is run by a family owned and operated business who pride themselves on friendly and professional work culture. We are looking for a couple to assist in the on-site management and running’s of the Estate. We currently have 8 suites and the owners cottage.

The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Fit and capable to take on the roles
- Have a hands-on approach and be capable of working independently and as part of team.
-Well presented
-Happy, outgoing personality
-Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Computer skills essential
- Hotel management experience is favourable
- Assisting in Housekeeping duties – laundry and food orders
- Assisting in food preparation (breakfasts / cheeseboards etc… )
- Assist with garden and property maintenance / mowing / firewood stacking / cleaning and general maintenance duties
- Excellent Time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Have a hands-on approach and be capable of working independently and as a team
Renumeration
Remuneration includes accommodation in a fully self-contained unit, private use of BBQ and pizza oven on your terrace, storage facilities, car space, all utilities included, use of swimming pool, spas, saunas, barn.
2 x complimentary 60 min massages per month in our luxury spa
A renumeration package $85K per couple ( all inclusive )
One 3 day weekend off month
Annual holidays – non peak periods
