What you will do
This role requires for you to work Monday to Friday, starts between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM in one of our stands in Sydney Markets(Parramatta Rd, Homebush).

Accurate processing of customer payments including issuance of receipts, processing refunds, and order variations.
Deliver excellent customer service by providing timely resolution of their concerns and complaints.
Prepare regular reports such as end-of-day sales, daily receivals, transaction reports, and stock control
Provide general office administration to the team.

What we are looking for

Experience processing customer payments
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated capacity to maintain accurate records
Coordination and planning skills
Experience resolving customer complaints
Demonstrated commitment to the provision of excellent customer service

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

Overtime pay
Penalty rates
