Casual Customer Adviser

The Bathurst branch is a large and busy branch with a large small business customer footprint. In this branch you'll meet a range of customers to support with everyday banking needs, digital technology support, ATM's, small business customers and local retailers.

Team of 4 close knit and highly engaged, customer obsessed banking colleagues
Enjoy team-based goal setting and connection, including social events for team building
Work with diverse customers across a whole range of banking needs

In this casual relief role, you will

Be positioned at the counter or the front of the branch, assisting with everything from simple applications to more complex enquiries.
Need to be flexible and accommodating to meet each customers’ needs as every interaction is an opportunity to learn and grow and will make a difference in building strong customer relationships.
