A little about us
My Holistic Care has provided in-home care, support and nursing services for nearly 6 years. We deliver services for people through the NDIS (disability support) and My Aged Care (Home Care Packages). We work across Metro Melbourne, Greater Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula
Position: Part-Time Office Admin
Location: Upper Ferntree Gully
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new software.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in managing tasks and data.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Provide administrative support to our team.
- Manage schedules, client records, and correspondence.
- Assist with various tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Flexible hours to fit around your studies.

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
