We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Catering Manager to join us to assist in providing first class service to one of our remote WA based Villages. This is a FIFO role working on a 5:2 or 4:3 roster, flying from Perth airport.

The successful candidates will have a proven track record in mine site catering, hotel or restaurant background or associated industry. In addition to this you will have:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline or hospitality discipline and/or extensive and demonstrated successful management experience is desirable.
- At least 5 years’ experience in middle management in the service, hospitality or a similar industry.
- Experience of understanding and managing a Profit and Loss statement.
- Experience of ISO, HACCP and other quality standards.
- Developed negotiation skills.
- Extensive knowledge encompassing operations OH&S.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel.
- Working knowledge of JDE and Triniteq, software desirable.
