Greenleaf Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant early childhood education centre. As Centre Director, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of care and education for children, guiding and supporting educators, and building strong relationships with families. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, implementing our educational philosophy, and fostering a positive, nurturing environment for both staff and children.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of educators, promoting professional growth and collaboration
• Oversee centre operations, including compliance, quality improvement, and staff management
• Build positive partnerships with families to support children’s learning and development
• Ensure alignment with the centre’s philosophy, policies, and the National Quality Framework

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• Previous leadership experience in early childhood education
• Strong understanding of NQS and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
