The Role
We're searching for a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual who has completed or is working towards their Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care. If you love creating a playful, engaging, and safe environment where children can thrive, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Creating Joyful Spaces: Design and maintain a fun, safe, healthy, and productive learning environment where children love to be.
- Building Relationships: Foster strong, positive connections with children, families, carers, and fellow staff members.
- Shaping Minds: Develop and implement an educational program that delivers outstanding learning outcomes.
- Staying Compliant: Ensure all routines, policies, processes, and practices are followed to maintain our high standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience: You have completed or are currently working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and you have hands-on experience with children.
- Expertise: You possess a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and National Quality Standards.
- Communication: Your excellent communication skills help you connect with children, families, and colleagues.
- Passion: You bring enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care.
- First-Aid Ready: You hold or are willing to obtain a current First-Aid Certificate, as well as Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Team Spirit: You are eager to contribute to a professional, collaborative, and focused team.

Expected hours: 15 – 38 per week
