Preparation, season and cooking of all dishes in our restaurant
Able to work pans, grills, fryers efficiently
Checking quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients
Staff training and mentoring
Menu design, implementation and costing both food and labour
Managing stock control and monitoring wastage
Staff rosters HACCP experience essential, with a high emphasis on food hygiene Supplier liaison Ensuring safe work practices with focus on workplace health and safety Follow hygienic food handling practices
Ability keep the kitchen and the cool rooms, & maintain the high standard cleanliness is must.
Required certificate iii/iv certificate of commercial cookery or equivalent and at least 2 or 3 years of experience in commercial kitchen..

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
