Minimum 3-5 year's kitchen experience within high volume kitchens
Demonstrated relevant work experience
Must be TRADE QUALIFIED and be able to produce this paperwork
Experienced in high volume fast paced kitchens
Varied cooking skills
Team player
Work well under pressure
Strong detailed eye to production and presentation
Able to promote a positive working environment
Great communication
