Cleaning and Housekeeping Manager

The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cleaning and Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Moomba Village in the Cooper Basin. This is a senior role where you will oversee the running and operations of the cleaning and housekeeping team. Reporting to the Site Manager, this position requires a strong leader who is committed to building a high performance operation that delivers a superior service. This is a FIFO position working on a 2 week on 1 week off roster 12 hours a day. Fly out from Adelaide or Brisbane!
Key duties
- Manage the day to day operations of the cleaning services including training, developing rosters and driving forward all company safety practices
- Carry out inspections and compliance by undertaking audits and Job Safety Analysis
- Operate a Computerised Management System for all work tasks and utilise email and other technology
- Ensure client/customer service and satisfaction by fostering relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain procedures and actively engage in the site safety culture
- Previous cleaning and housekeeping experience
- Previous supervisory experience managing a team
- Exceptional communication and relationship building abilities
- Maintain a positive team culture
- Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and deliver superior service levels
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety, a strong commitment to safety to ensure targets are safely achieved
