Job Description:
Join Housekept as a Team Leader where you can combine your cleaning expertise with leadership responsibilities. In this hands-on role, you'll not only perform cleaning duties but also lead and train a team of 5-7 cleaners to ensure our high standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by Example: Perform cleaning tasks across various settings, including Airbnbs, support homes, residential properties, and offices.
• Train New Staff: Teach team members the unique needs of each cleaning type, from presentation styles for Airbnbs to the flexibility required for NDIS support homes.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Client Communication: Interact with clients regularly, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Team Leadership: Foster a positive, loyal, and committed team environment.
• Travel: Visit various job sites within the Shoalhaven region and occasionally the lower Illawarra for both cleaning and quality control purposes.

Ideal qualifications:

• Experience: Significant cleaning experience is required. Leadership or supervisory experience is highly valued.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, flexibility, strong communication, and leadership abilities.
• Attitude: A committed and loyal approach to work.
• Reliability: Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Working Hours:

• Approximately 25-35 hours per week.
• Mostly Monday to Friday, with some weekends needed, especially during the high season.
