Position Details
- Full-time or Part-time for the right person (minimum 30 hours per week)
- Salary $65,000 plus superannuation
- Location: Work from home
- Management - Supportive millennial manager. First two weeks training in person.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage all customer interactions for your allocated states or territory.
- Conduct credit assessments and write consumer leases.
- Handle a small amount of collection work.
- Order stock and track delivery.
- Enhance the overall customer experience.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
- Dedicated home office space for two monitors (provided).
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent typing and computer skills.
- Strong phone manner.
- Previous work-from-home experience.
- Customer service or sales experience
**Preferred (but not essential):**
- Experience in consumer leasing or credit.
- Certificate IV in Credit Management.
For the right personality, no prior experience is needed—full training will be provided! We offer a fast-paced work environment where you’ll be engaging with customers all day. A work phone and computer will be provided.
