Requirements:
- Must be a valid ABN holder or willing to apply for an ABN.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with real estate practices and terminology is preferred.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for our real estate agents based on qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
