Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Representative to join our team in promoting educational courses in fitness, nutrition, and mental health. In this remote role, you will be responsible for generating sales and building relationships with potential clients across Australia. Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, present our courses, and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and online platforms to generate new business for our educational courses in fitness, nutrition, and mental health.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct virtual presentations and course information to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our educational offerings.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, course content, and competitive offerings in the areas of fitness, nutrition, and mental health.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a virtual or remote environment.
• Knowledge or background in fitness, nutrition, or mental health is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Axcelerate software and sales tools is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, accommodating different time zones if necessary.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance.
