The Role:
We are currently seeking empathetic and detail-oriented Community Massage Therapists to join our team full-time. This pivotal role involves traveling to clients’ homes to provide therapeutic massage services that not only relieve pain but also significantly boost mobility and overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized, therapeutic massage treatments tailored to the specific health conditions and preferences of elderly clients.
• Assess client needs on an ongoing basis and adjust treatment plans with our Physiotherapist to facilitate the best possible outcomes.
• Diligently document treatment sessions and monitor progress, ensuring that care plans are effective and up to date.
• Efficiently manage travel and appointment schedules to maintain punctuality and maximize client satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Professionally certified Massage Therapist, ideally with a background or interest in geriatric care.

• At least a Diploma-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field, and relevant work experience required.

• A compassionate professional who deeply understands the sensitive needs of the elderly.

• An independent worker seeking stable, fulfilling employment that offers both autonomy and a chance to make a significant impact.

• A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required.

Compliance Requirements:

• Current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card.

• Valid National Police Check.

• Up-to-date vaccinations for COVID-19 and influenza.

• Active Professional Indemnity Insurance.

• Hold professional Registration an approved association listed by Allied

Health Professions Australia able to provide services to client funded by
the Australian government Home care package program.
