The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical support and maintenance for the business system, establish and maintain network performance by building and developing network configurations and connections, manage operation systems, and troubleshoot network problems.
Main job responsibilities:

• Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installations; defining, documenting and enforcing system models;

• Analyzing, developing and evaluating various operation system designs, data models and configurations;

• Planned, built, and optimized network and system services, as well as complex system designs and architecture specifications, to provide adequate system availability.

• Administering all management networking tools, analyzing and monitoring network performance to ensure the system is operated in a better environment;

• Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, prepare and maintain procedures and documentation for network inventory and control records, manage and monitor operation systems by providing backup and assistance in technical retrieval functions;

• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computer environments, including computer hardware, systems software, application software and all configurations;

• Evaluate and prepare survey reports to check the performance of all networking systems;

• Develop and update efficient networks perform troubleshooting on various network processes with monitoring tools;

• Manage configurations and ensure the overall operational readiness of network systems, particularly in situations with diverse operating systems and configurations.

• Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access, maximise network performance by monitoring system capacity and usage, scheduling upgrades and troubleshooting problems on network optimization;

• Analysing equipment performance records to determine the needs for repair or replacement;

• In charge of investigating and evaluating new technologies.

• Manage cloud server and hosting for the system and website;

To be successful, you will need:

• Minimum a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent substantial experience;

• At least two years of work experience as a Computer Network and Systems Engineer or equivalent

• Extensive understanding and hands-on expertise with essential networking and system concepts

• Technical acumen to potentially train staff and customers

• Competent and confident in the technical aspects of various products

• A thorough understanding of networking and security principles

• Troubleshooting and fault-detecting abilities

• Capability to organize and prioritize tasks, as well as a commitment to time management and quality

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
