Opportunity:
Crystal Migration Legal Services is seeking a Contract Supervisor to join our professional and dynamic team in Sydney 2000 Australia. We are offering a full-time opportunity to the right candidate.
The right candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar type of environment. Work experience in law firm is a plus. The right candidate must be able to work independently.
Duties and responsibilities:
As a Contract Supervisor you must have exceptional time management skills, and the ability to multi-task, negotiate and analyse contracts.
Your role is to ensure that the contracts that Crystal Migration has with suppliers, vendors, clients and third parties are being complied in accordance with the clauses set out by identifying any variation and discrepancy on current contracts and negotiation on new contracts.
Your main tasks are, but not limited to:

• Responsible for managing the current contracts of Crystal Migration, including contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Providing support on administering other contracts with suppliers, contractors, and partners, that being: insurance providers (Lawcover, Chubb, Allianz, Icare), Regus, Migration Manager, Docu Sign, Searchmy ANZSCO, 8x8, Asan, Zoom, and Outsourced parties (Accountants, Human Resources and Contractors)
• Responsible for managing the licenses required for employees’ job performance, that being: practicing certificate of lawyers, license from RMAs, Law Society scheme, Legend.com license, and overall licenses required for the operations of Crystal Migration Group.
• Responsible for preparing quotations and negotiating contracts.
• Ensuring that all products and services are complied as per the clauses set out.
• Responsible for analysing contract variations and providing suggestions to the Management.
• Responsible for keeping records of current contracts and managing the paperwork associated with contracts and business projects.
• Responsible for enquiring and responding in relation to current and new contracts the business has with suppliers, partners, and contractors.
• Responsible for arranging supplies to the office such as office material by seeking purchase approvals from Management
• Advise direct Manager about concerns or issues that may impact on company’s activities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in related or co-related field.
• Previous working experience within the same occupation or co-related occupation.

Skills:
● Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
● Good verbal and written communication
● Organised and able to meet deadlines.
● Negotiation skills.

Arrangements & Schedule:

• Job Type: Full-time and Permanent
• From Monday to Fryday from 9am to 5pm
• 38 hours
• Salary: 73,500 plus superannuation a year
