Contractor Massage and Beauty Therapist

You will be joining a Team of Therapists who support each other, enjoy having a laugh and believe that success is a team effort. We have a blended team of skin therapists as well as remedial therapists and offer a wide range of treatments and combined spa packages. The role is fully supported by a great administration team, allowing our therapists to concentrate on clinical work. At A Perfect Blend we believe massage and beauty therapy can make a profound difference in a person's life. We use Australian certified organic products in our salon.
The Essentials:
- Diploma of Massage and Beauty Therapy
- Other Modalities i.e. Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Lymphatic Drainage etc. are highly sort out but not essential
- Skin Diagnosis skills
- Waxing using both HOT & STRIP methods
- Manicures and Pedicures
- Advanced Facials incl. experience with AHA
What we will be looking for:
- A Team Player with a happy vibrant attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A person who is self-motivated, well groomed, professional and confident.
- Permanent resident of Australia, sorry no working holidays or visa applicants.
- You are free to plan your massage treatments as you see fit. There are no massage routines or sequences to learn.
- Beauty treatments have procedures in place that are to be followed. We use Organicspa products
- We share ideas and techniques so that we can all grow as Therapists.
- We allow 15 minute turnaround time between each client for cleaning, bathroom break, recording treatment notes and room prep.
- Lunch breaks are allocated every day.
- All linen and treatment supplies provided for you.
- Contract position, 2-4 days a week. Take home 55% profit from your treatments!

Expected hours: 14 – 30 per week
