Lucky Group / Agency is a Melbourne based business focusing on connecting artists to audiences across Asia-Pacific.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team to manage our contracts.
Responsibilities:

• Draft, generate, and issue artist performance contracts and invoices to clients both in and outside of Australia
• Track contracts for client signatures and update status’ in our system
• Liaise with artists and promoters on agreed upon contract inclusions, such as travel bookings and details required from each party
• Acquire outstanding information required for the artists to carry out their obligations smoothly
• Navigate and manage contract changes, variations and disputes alongside Agent teams; implement revisions if necessary
• Review external performance agreement terms to ensure they're up to standard for our company and artists
• Manage all paperwork, email communication, promoter inquiries, and artist questions
• Work with Agents and others on terms to confirm all important details are clearly outlined in our documents and records
• Liaise with the Lucky Group on systems that could be improved and ensuring they're implemented
• Maintain artist spreadsheets and organize Dropbox filing system
• Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Knowledge of the live music industry is a plus

Package:
$75,000 Salary + Superannuation
