As a Conveyancer at our firm, you will play a crucial role in managing property transactions from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
· Handling all aspects of residential and commercial property conveyancing and answering
phone calls sometimes
· Conducting thorough property searches and due diligence
· Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
· Liaising with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
· Preparing settlement documents
· Monitoring PEXA workspace and attending settlement.
· Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
· Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues
· Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
