What we want you to do!

• Managing client matters from commencement to completion.
• Coordinating exchange of contracts and settlements
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, financiers and other parties.

Do you have these skills?

• Strong knowledge of conveyancing practices and principles.
• Ability to provide complex advice to clients in a simple and understandable manner.
• Committed to developing strong relationships and providing a positive experience for clients.
• Minimum 5 plus years’ experience as a Conveyancing Clerk or Paralegal.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and great with clients and colleagues.
• Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.
• Great energy and are highly motivated.
