We are seeking experienced and passionate COOK / KITCHENHAND for our busy restaurant. The position of COOK / KITCHENHAND is a highly demanding and extremely responsible position and as such we require a person who is dedicated, hardworking and has the ability to deliver exceptional food quality. Hours will be approximately 20 - 30 hours per week and will include key shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
To be considered you must possess the following:

• Experience on the PASS would be an advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar restaurant or role
• Work in all areas of the kitchen operations
• Serve a consistently high quality product as instructed
• Maintenance of equipment and utensils
• Ensure that the kitchen is always in a hygienic state
• MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY.
