Sydney Creative is looking for a passionate and versatile Creative Workshop Instructor to join our team! We’re seeking someone with a love for all things crafty, who can turn their hand to a variety of creative projects, and enjoys sharing that passion with others. Our studio offers a range of workshops, including candle making, soap making, paint & sip, and sewing classes, so adaptability and creativity are a must!
About the Role:
As a Creative Workshop Instructor, you’ll be responsible for leading fun, engaging, and hands-on workshops that leave participants inspired and excited. You’ll guide the groups through the creative process, helping them learn new skills in a friendly and welcoming environment. Working Saturdays and Sundays is essential, as these are our busiest days.
Key Responsibilities:

• Run a variety of creative workshops with enthusiasm and expertise
• Engage and support participants of all skill levels to ensure they have a fantastic experience
• Prepare materials and ensure the studio is set up for each class
• Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the studio
• Assist with organising the shop and keeping the place clean and tidy

Bonus Skills:
We’re a growing business, so if you have experience or skills in any other area that would benefit the business, such as social media management for example, we would be interested in discussing further.
About You:

• Creative and versatile, with a strong passion for crafts and hands-on projects
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable leading groups
• Organised, punctual, and reliable
• Willing to work evenings and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays are required)
• A team player who can take initiative and is open to learning new skills

Pay: $25.00 – $29.33 per hour
