Dental Front Office Coordinator and Part-Time Practice Manager

We are a busy, three-chair practice that has been serving the local community since 2017. We have a young, friendly team of 6 dentists, 2 oral health therapists and 15 auxiliary staff members and are looking for motivated Front-Office Co-Ordinators and an experienced Part-Time Practice Manager.
We are looking for someone who has :
- great communication skills
- experience with D4W preferred
- experience as a dental receptionist or dental assistant required
-previous experience as a practice manager desirable
- candidates who are able to speak Vietnamese would be looked favourably upon due to patient base
We will be providing:
- training and uniform
- fun, social work environment that is expanding and looking for more team members
-potential for growth, more days, internal promotion
We are close to:
- train station, 20 minutes from CBD
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Sunshine, VIC 3020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
