The practice is hiring due to demand for dental services far outstripping the available clinicians in this clinic. Additionally, the Principal would like to reduce clinical hours in order to focus more effort on coaching, mentoring and building a better business for the Associates.
You may walk into full books from the start! There is flexibility to start on 3 or 4 days a week
If you're in Melbourne or Geelong: Launceston is only a hop away and there are daily direct flights (less than an hour) from Launceston. There is also the Spirit of Tasmania ferry service between Geelong and Devonport. Devonport is only a 1 hour drive to Launceston.

ABOUT YOU

• You’re a high-performer and clinical expertise is important but the most important thing is your personality, relatability and exceptional communication skills to be able to build rapport and relationships with patients;
• Attitude and commitment to patient care as well as the willingness to listen and learn
• You prioritise patient experience and education and able to be open in communication when it comes to treatment planning and costs
• You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers
• You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable
• You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures
• You have AHPRA registration without conditions
• You hold current professional indemnity insurance
• You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
