As our Deployment Analyst, you’ll facilitate business change with a focus on the application of technology across our Petcare Segment within the ANZ region.

Working in a close nit & supportive team, you’ll provide functional analysis for business I.T. capability or own a functional stream in a large project, ensuring the right solution is delivered on cost, time and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine business process and information requirements to deliver effective business process and system changes;
• Analyse systems configuration to determine best practices and process renovation.
• Work cross functionally to determine system functional requirements, completing design in line with overall project aims;
• Aiding in the development of accurate and concise functional requirements;
• Converting business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
• Consult with Template, Architecture and Security stakeholders to ensure fit for purpose solutions are delivered;
• Analysis of business and systems impact of solutions and planning to achieve delivery;
• Managing critical path and high-risk activities, identifying potential threats and conflicts, and implementing mitigating actions;

Our ideal candidate

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information System preferable;
• Ability to demonstrate business analyst or deployment experience in various functional areas;
• Process understanding of FMCG industry;
• Exposure to ERP systems and processes.
• Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile Project Methodology;
• Strong Stakeholder management and influencing skills;
• Ability to work independently in a flexible and changing environment and manage multiple activities and priorities;
• Ability to engage with the team and utilise resources to achieve outcomes.
